La Calma

La Calma is a mountain of 1083 meters in Sales de Llierca.
It is one of our favourite places to hike, with beautiful views of the Pyrenees from the summit.

Getting to the trailhead by car (about 12 minutes):
Go right on the road from Can Rodeja, continue straight at the first fork, then make a sharp right at the 2nd fork.
Follow this road for about 5 kilometers towards Mas Monteia.
There is some space to park on the left before the farmhouse. Follow signs to the hiking trail to La Calma. It is about 2 kilometers to get to the summit. Wear good walking shoes!
